In addition to reaching around the world, Emmanuel also strives to have a solid reach across the street. In Luke 10:36 following the parable of the Good Samaritan, Jesus asks the question, "Who was the neighbor to the one who fell into the hands of the robber?" At Emmanuel, we believe that we can connect to our community and be a neighbor through financially supporting local organizations and also through life-giving, hands-on ministry.
